General terms of use of the site, related general rules and legal responsibilities

1 a. Recording  wrong, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information containing inappropriate expressions  to public morality rules and conflicting the Law of Republic of Turkey on the website

1.b. Copying site content in whole or in part without permission

The User is directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of the information such as username and password, which are given to the users or the usage rights, with third persons or organizations (use of this information by people other than the user). Likewise, the User can't use personal information belonging to others such as IP address, e-mail address, username on the internet as he/she can't have unauthorized access to other users' private information or use this information. The user is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability arising from such use.

3. Responsibilities

Users agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws Regarding Protection of Trademarks and Patent Rights and legal regulations, Obligations Code, other relevant legislation and all kinds of announcements and notices that freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. publishes while using freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. website and benefiting its services. All legal, criminal and financial liabilities that may arise due to illegitimate usage remain with the User.

3.d. In the event of determination that the User does not comply with the obligations set forth in this contract or the general rules declared on freshscarfs.1ticaret.com., the User's access to freshscarfs.1ticaret.com.may be prevented for a period of time or indefinitely and/or his/her account may be closed by freshscarfs.1ticaret.com.

3.e. User cannot attempt to take actions to prevent or make it difficult to use freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. for other users and visitors, cannot install automatic programs and force / lock servers or databases. He/she can't attempt cheating. Agrees that his/her membership will be terminated and will be responsible for the criminal liabilities that may arise due to this situation in case of above situations.


3.g. The User shall not delete or remove the Copyright, Trademark and any note regarding Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. 

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by user on freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. The User's access right to the website is cancelled once his/her membership is ended. The person cancelling his/her membership accepts that this transaction is irrevocable.


3.j. Relations of the site users between each other or third parties are under their responsibility.

3.m. In some sections of the site, different rules and liabilities may be indicated specific to that section. People or organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.o The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in purchases made on the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to him. 



7. Notification Addresses

7.a. freshscarfs.1ticaret.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. But the e-mail address submitted to freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. by the user is deemed to be the e-mail from which the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made regarding this contract.

7.b. Unless the parties notify the counterparty in written of the changes to their existing e-mails in 3 (three) days, they agree that the requests to the old e-mails will be valid and deemed to have been made to themselves.

7.c. Again, any notification to be made by freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after it is sent by freshscarfs.1ticaret.com. The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles herein and has confirmed the truth of information provided by himself/herself.
